HFT provided engineering, procurement and construction services for the cold repair turnaround of an existing sodium silicate melter and process line for PPG in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The project combined detailed engineering with full construction execution to restore and modernize production capabilities within a critical maintenance window.

Serving as general contractor, HFT managed site activities and turnaround logistics while self-performing key trades. This integrated approach supported efficient coordination, quality control and schedule adherence throughout the project.
