Director of Power Solutions
Walter Gray is HFT’s Director of Power Solutions and brings over 20 years of power industry experience, having driven energy projects in the USA, Latin America, and SE Asia for companies including E.ON, EcoSecurities, and Centrica. Walter has developed both onsite energy solutions and utility scale renewable projects. Walter expands HFT’s presence in CHP, waste heat recovery, and resilient hybrid microgrids. In partnership with HFT’s glass experts, he supports decarbonization efforts including green hydrogen and electrification in the glass industry. Walter has an Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brown University.
